Platform Super Admins ?
What is a Platform Super Admin?

The highest level of access in 390 FieldOps. Platform super admins operate above individual leagues and have cross-tenant control over the entire platform.

What can they do?
  • Access and manage every league in the admin portal
  • Control platform-wide settings (signup, creation PIN, fees)
  • Provision new leagues and manage league visibility
  • Add or remove other platform super admins
  • Edit the Terms of Service shown to new league owners
  • Automatically receive admin access to any newly created league

Who should have this access?
  • Yes: 390 FieldOps platform operators who need to manage all leagues and platform settings
  • No: League staff, coaches, or volunteers — they should use league-level roles (Owner, Admin, Editor) instead

Keep this list as small as possible. This is god-mode access to every league and all platform data.

Terms of Service ?
What are these Terms of Service?

These are the platform-level terms displayed to new league owners when they sign up to create a league on 390 FieldOps.

Where do they appear?
  • On the "Start Your League" signup page at 390fieldops.com
  • New league owners must accept these terms before creating their league

What should they include?
  • Platform usage policies and acceptable use
  • Data handling and privacy expectations
  • Payment and fee structure acknowledgements
  • Any legal disclaimers or liability limitations

This is not the same as league-level terms (coach agreements, registration waivers, etc.) — those are managed per-league in the admin portal.

Displayed to new league owners during signup. Supports plain text.
